The anime and manga NARUTO has been a hit on the Cartoon Network, and now fans can interact with all their favorite characters in D3’s NARUTO: NINJA COUNCIL for the Game Boy Advance. The game captures all of the NARUTO ninja action in a side-scrolling adventure that gamers will love. NARUTO is the story of ninja in training Naruto and his rival, Sasuke. Their mentor, Kakashi, guides them in their quest. Ninja Council pits the two students against each other on numerous missions, and players can play as either of the two students or, once he is unlocked, as Kakashi. Naruto is the best fighter, Sasuke has great ranged attacks, and Kakashi is incredibly fast. The game is a traditional side scrolling fighter game with a time limit on each level. At the end of the level, players square off against in a boss fight with another NARUTO character like Konohamaru, Ebisu, or Choji. Each boss has a trick to defeating them, and players will have to figure out this trick to take them out. Both ninjas in training and Kakashi have useful abilities and attacks. They have basic attacks and powered up attacks called jutsu moves. Players have to charge these attacks, which leave them vulnerable, but the jutsu moves are very powerful and can easily take out multiple enemies. Each character has unique jutsu moves. Fans of the NARUTO anime will enjoy NARUTO: NINJA COUNCIL. It recreates the atmosphere and the action of the show perfectly.
